SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Empowering the most vulnerable.

From fiber to packaging, hundreds of individuals are involved in manufacturing our products. As a member of the Fair Wear Foundation, we are committed to ensuring they work under safe and fair conditions. This hinges on fostering close, equitable partnerships with our suppliers. We're proud to be leading the way – yet there's still room for improvement.

STATUS QUO

We have joined the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) in 2015, a non-profit organisation that campaigns for the global improvement of working conditions in the textile industry. We hold the Leader Status in the area of social responsibility.

CHALLENGE

Across the supply chain, there's often no universally recognized standard for calculating legal minimum wages. In many cases, it's a compromise between a country's obligations and its economic appeal, aimed at preventing foreign companies from relocating. For us, this is not sustainable. We're working on solutions that genuinely ensure a fair standard of living. Thus, we're committed to establishing living wages throughout our supply chain.
