Winter athletes who are out on unsecured terrain need to be able to reliably master their emergency equipment and should regularly practice how to use it. The STS MOBILE is a training station for practicing all types of avalanche scenarios, from searching for single burial victims through to complex searches for multiple burials.
The training station is stowed away in a robust ORTOVOX backpack. It is easy to transport and ready to use in no time. Its four transmitters can be individually controlled via the control center so that training can be tailored toward beginners or pros as needed. Hits on the probing surface of the transmitter are confirmed by visual and audible signals.
The mobile training station is robust, weatherproof and low-maintenance and has an operating time of around 150 hours.
