Its moisture-regulating 60 g/m² Swisswool lining means the vest offers an ideal weight-to-insulation ratio on cold days, while the robust PERTEX® QUANTUM outer material provides protection against wind and rain. The elastic MERINO AIRSOLATION stretch inserts on the sides and cuffs are characterized by their high breathability and they ensure optimum freedom of movement in challenging terrain on the way to the summit.
In changing conditions, the SWISSWOOL PIZ BOÈ SHORTS can be put on or taken off quickly thanks to the side zippers. The athletic cut and adjustable waistband with elastic insert ensure a comfortable fit with every step. We have been using Swisswool– wool fibers from Switzerland – as insulation material since 2011. A sustainable wool of regional origin, it warms superbly even when wet, is easy to care for and offers a perfect microclimate.
Sustainable PERTEX® QUANTUM material is made of recycled polyamide, and its tight weave makes it extremely windproof and abrasion resistant yet comfortably soft. It is also particularly lightweight with a small pack size.
