The MERINO SHIELD TEC SOFT material of the SECEDA SOFTSHELL line is wind- and water-resistant as well as elastic and robust. The merino wool on the inside feels soft on the skin and ensures optimal climate regulation.
Outstanding comfort meets reliable protection. The features of the SECEDA SOFTSHELL PANTS include an adjustable waistband, two hip pockets, one thigh pocket and an adjustable hem. The ergonomic cut and elastic material also offer complete freedom of movement on challenging alpine tours.
The SECEDA SOFTSHELL PANTS are available in different lengths: SHORT (-5cm), REGULAR and LONG (+5cm).

I used these all summer for hiking, camping and working search and rescue. They held up great and definitely are great pants! A couple of things. I wish they had at least one back pocket and it would be nice if at least one of the side hand pockets had a zipper function. I used these in the Sierra and Cascade Mountains in very Rocky terrain and didn't get any cuts or snags in the material! Very comfortable wear and I love the velcro adjustments on the waist! For the price I kind of wish the merino content was a little higher than 7%. 20% would be nice, especially in the waist and crotch areas. Overall very nice pants, but on the pricey side so look for sales.. I hope they make some small improvements and these would be perfect IMHO.
