Robust PERTEX® QUANTUMmaterial provides protection on the outside, while Swisswool BLACK, the rare wool of the black sheep from the Swiss Alps, is used on the inside in varying weights: with a warm 150 g/m2 on the front and in the upper sleeve area, and a lighter 120 g/m2 in the hood and lower sleeve area.
The width-adjustable cuffs with elasticated inner seams will fit comfortably over your gloves and reliably keep the wind out, as will the high collar with fine MERINO MESH inside. The Swisswool ZINAL JACKET for women also offers plenty of room for athletic turns and supports the back with a LINING OF 100 % MERINO WOOL. It is completely PFC-FREE, CLIMATE-NEUTRAL and, thanks to the use of renewable raw materials in the insulation, also sustainable, making it an environmentally friendly choice. Simply perfect for freeriders who want to go their own way!

We have been using Swisswool– wool fibers from Switzerland – as insulation material since 2011. A sustainable wool of regional origin, it warms superbly even when wet, is easy to care for and offers a perfect microclimate.
Sustainable PERTEX® QUANTUM material is made of recycled polyamide, and its tight weave makes it extremely windproof and abrasion resistant yet comfortably soft. It is also particularly lightweight with a small pack size.

Die Jacke ist eine super Isolationsschicht in sehr kalten Regionen. ich bin allerdings enttäuscht, dass die Bündchen bei der Variante schwarzen Jacke mit Bündchen in Pink/Orange/Neon auf der Außenseite verblichen sind. Ich habe die Jacke im September 2022 gekauft und in meinem letzten Urlaub in der Antarktis bin ich sogar von mitreisenden darauf angesprochen worden, dass die Jacke ja bestimmt schon sehr alt wäre, weil die Bündchen außen verblichen sind, innen noch viel dunkler/farbenfroher. ich finde eigentlich nicht, dass 2,5 Jahr alt ist.

I love this jacket! Although it is categorized as a freeride jacket, I replaced my huge down puffy that I use for backcountry touring with this jacket. It is equally as warm! Its outer layer is more durable than my down puffy. It compacts equally as small in my pack. It's just so cozy and it is beautifully crafted inside and outside. It's also aesthetically pleasing to be a leisure, around town jacket so it's very versatile. I chose a size large because I put it on OUTSIDE of all my layers including my shell when I am standing in a snowpit or on very cold days.
